Business will be charged $30 per month for up to 2 megabytes of space. More space is available for a fee of $10 per month, per megabyte.
Initial set-up fee is $20.
If a business brings in another customer, who sets-up and stays on the site, then the monthly fee will drop to $20. Farther reductions may be negotiated by bringing in even more business.
Web page layout and other services can be obtined for a fee of $25 per hour.
Non-profit organizations are invited to approach Kohala Net about the possibility of free space on this server as well as assistance in web page development and publishing. Decisions will be entirely left to the discretion of EMSQUARED Enterprises, and will be judged against the mission statement, practical considerations and the ambiance of the site...
There is a one-time annual fee of $100 for putting each piece of property on this site. This includes scanning a photograph of the property, displaying it and enough text to descibe your property well.
